SECTION 1 - REFUND POLICY
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery of the order. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To qualify for a return, customers must submit a video. Start of the video capturing an unopened parcel showing delivery address, tracking number, and barcode slip, and then opening the package and showing the product, and showing the issue with the item or items etc.
For all orders, we send all customers shipment notification emails prior to order delivery, in which order tracking number and shipping and carrier company details are mentioned. It is customers sole responsibility to coordinate with shipping and carrier company for delivery e.g. time, day, address, etc.. For the items left in/at mail box, customer need to be up to date about out for delivery status and must be available to receive their order. Grabinary will not be responsible for any claims related to items left in/at mailbox.
Different items may have different return procedures.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SECTION 2 - EXCEPTION / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
SECTION 3 - REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 20 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@grabinary.com.
Processing time is 15 - 20 business days after we receive the return.
Certain Fashion articles, clothing, bags, shoes, jewellery, etc. Grabinary will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may decline the entire return.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.

Please allow Grabinary 15 - 20 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

Grabinary will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
